Building Kenya's Healthiest Digital Generation
Helping young people use technology safely, responsibly and confidently.
Technology is now deeply embedded in how children and teenagers learn, communicate, socialise and experience the world.
Our goal is not to discourage technology. It is to help young people maximise its benefits while protecting their physical, emotional and behavioural wellbeing.
A whole-school approach
- Learners
- Teachers & School Leaders
- Parents & Guardians
Technology Is Changing Childhood
Parents, teachers and school leaders are increasingly navigating challenges that begin on digital devices.
Children have unprecedented access to information, entertainment, social networks, artificial intelligence and online communities. Alongside enormous opportunities come new responsibilities and risks.
By teaching healthy digital habits, we can help young people become safer, more responsible and more confident participants in the digital world.
Amiafam believes prevention should begin early.

Digital Citizenship
Developing respectful, responsible and informed participants in digital communities.
A Child Cannot Build Healthy Digital Habits Alone
Digital Wellness works best when children receive consistent messages from the adults around them.
That is why Amiafam's programme brings together three important groups:
Learners
We equip learners with age-appropriate knowledge about screen habits, online safety, cyberbullying, responsible AI use, gaming, digital etiquette, online risks, mental wellbeing and healthy relationships with technology.
Teachers & School Leaders
We help educators explore professional technology use, phone management during school hours, data privacy, responsible social-media practices, safe AI use and the creation of healthier digital school cultures.
Parents & Guardians
We help parents understand children's device use, establish healthier boundaries, support learning at home, understand online risks and work more effectively with schools.
Bring Digital Wellness to Your School
Schools are preparing children not only for academic success but also for life in an increasingly digital society.
Amiafam works with school communities to help learners:
- Use technology wisely
- Develop healthy digital habits
- Protect their wellbeing
- Understand online safety
- Use AI responsibly
- Become responsible digital citizens
