• Medical cover is provided by a licensed insurance underwriter. Your benefits, limits, exclusions, waiting periods and eligibility are set out in the policy documents for your selected plan, and those documents take precedence over anything on this website.
• Benefits described on this website (such as outpatient, inpatient, personal accident, maternity and last expense cover) depend on the plan selected and may not all apply to you.
• Contributions are paid through M-Pesa directly to the insurer. Cover is subject to your contributions being up to date as required by the policy.
• Registering on this website creates an account and starts the enrolment process. It does not by itself confirm that cover is active; our team will contact you about the next steps.

Your account

You must give accurate, complete and current information when you register, and you may only register yourself or someone who has authorised you to do so. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

• Product descriptions on this website are for general guidance. Prices are provided in a written quotation on request and are valid for the period stated in that quotation.
• An order is binding only once we confirm it. All orders are subject to product availability.
• Quantities, delivery arrangements and payment terms are agreed for each order or supply arrangement.

Programme content, schedules, costs and any sponsorship arrangements are agreed in writing with the participating school, institution or sponsor. Programmes provide education and awareness; they are not a substitute for professional counselling, medical or mental-health care.

• interfere with the website's operation or introduce malicious code;
