About this programme
Excessive screen time and always-on connectivity are increasingly linked to anxiety, sleep disruption, and burnout — yet rarely discussed in Kenyan communities. Amiafam's Digital Wellness Detox programme brings expert-led sessions to workplaces, schools, and community centres. Participants learn practical techniques to set digital boundaries, improve sleep hygiene, manage social media anxiety, and reconnect with offline activities. The programme combines group workshops with a 7-day guided detox challenge and optional one-on-one wellness coaching. Corporate packages are also available for organisations seeking to improve employee mental health.
